SORA Co., Ltd. connects people around the world with the opportunities of Japan’s real estate market. Our name means “sky” in Japanese, and stands for the potential we see in every client’s plans, whether that is a traditional home, a modern apartment or an investment property.
Our founder, Satoshi Uchida, launched his first company at 20 and spent more than 15 years in real estate management in Japan before starting SORA with one mission: to make it easier than ever for foreigners to own a piece of Japan. Today our team works in English, Japanese, Chinese and Russian from our office in Kyomachibori, Osaka.
We sell condominiums, detached houses, Kyoto machiya, land and investment buildings across Japan, and we stay with clients beyond the purchase, with visa guidance, company establishment, bank loans, insurance support and property management.
